The Georgia Gavel is District 14's newsletter. It is published on a quarterly basis, with issues to be published each Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. The Georgia Gavel is published to provide helpful information, updates, and resources to Toastmasters throughout the state of Georgia.  Newsletters are usually posted to the website several weeks before physical copies are mailed to all of the Georgia Toastmasters.
