Saturday: Announce contest winners, DEC appreciation breakfast. District council meeting to include: adoption of club alignment, report of nominating committee, nominations from floor, election of district officers, report of audit committee, treasurer’s report; invitation to fall conference, bids for spring conference 2009, district international speech contest. Collect regional conference and international convention proxies.
