Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI), Gwinnett Civic Center

Club Officers Training - Educational Sessions – District conducts Club Officer Training in December, January, or February for Clubs to receive Distinguished Club Program credit. Officer training reports must be submitted to World Headquarters postmarked on or before March 31 in order for Clubs to receive credit in the Distinguished Club Program.

Approval of recommendations for the alignment of Clubs within Divisions and Areas.

Presentation of the most recent Treasurer's Report.

April 2007 1-15 Proxy/credentials for Spring Conference. District sends credential/proxy form to each Club President and Vice President Education at least two weeks in advance of District Conference for use in case either, or both, cannot attend. The form can be included in the District Newsletter or in a mailing announcing the meeting.

If Clubs will not have delegate attending Regional Conference and/or International Convention, ensure Clubs send proxies to District Governor.

Clubs Form Nomination Committee for Electing New Club Officers

  1 District Nominating Committee Report must be sent to members of the District Council no later than April 20 (at least two weeks in advance of Annual District Council Meeting).
