Members Award:

Triple Crown Education Award – Members obtaining 3 distinct educational awards from 7/1/2010 – 4/15/2010 will each be recognized with a prestigious Triple Crown Trophy during the 2011 Spring Conference.

Individual Member Award – members sponsoring five new members will qualify to receive a unique sponsor's pin. As an outstanding sponsor of 10 new members, you will qualify to receive a special star pin. Sponsor of 15 new members, you will qualify to receive a special discount code for 25% off your next product purchase from Toastmasters International World Headquarters.

Clubs:

Gift Baskets: Every club obtaining a net membership Growth of 5% over base will be recognized with gift baskets consisting of Educational materials, such as manuals for the Advance Speaking series, Better Speaker Series, Successful Club Series or The Leadership Excellence Series, during the 2011 Spring Conference.

District Governors Award a special District Governor ribbon will be presented to every club achieving a net growth of 5 new member by April 15, 2011. Award will be presented at the 2011 Spring conference.

Smedley Award add five new, dual, or reinstated members between August 1 and September 30, and the club will receive a "Smedley Award" ribbon to display on your club's banner, as well as 10% off their next club order.

Talk Up Toastmasters add five new, dual or reinstated members to your roster between February 1 and March 31 to receive a special "Talk up Toastmasters!" ribbon to display on your club's banner, as well as 10% off their next club order.

Beat The Clock add five new, dual or reinstated members between May 1 and June 30 will receive a "Beat the Clock" ribbon to display on the club's banner, as well as 10% off their next club order.

New Clubs:

Area Governors, for every new club open in your respective Areas, you will be entitled to 10% discount off the Fall Conference Registration rate (early bird rate) for either of the District conferences (max 40%).Division Governors, for every two new club open in your respective Divisions, you will be entitled to 10% discount off the Fall Conference Registration rate (early bird rate) for either of the District conferences (max 40%).Every new club opened by August 31, 2010, will receive Club Banner with the club name and number monogrammed on the banner. A $100 value. Please use this in your sale pitch to close the sale.

Membership Recruitment & Retention:

Division & Area Governors will be eligible for additional conference discounts (early bird rate) up to 10% for achieving the following:

• Division and Area Governors having 100% of their clubs renewed in each of the renewal cycle...(remember it only it takes 6 members to renew a club). – 3%

• Club Media Contest
• Club Newsletter Contest
• Club Website Contest

"ONE OF ONE THOUSAND CHALLENGE"

To honor our supporters for License Plate Project, District 14 will give special recognition once we get our 1000 commitments:

1. Those who pre-ordered and pre-paid for the License Plate will receive a special license plate lapel pin to recognize them as District 14 supporters

2. Club Contests: The first 10 Clubs with most members ordering the license plates will receive a special award from the District --Minimum 10 members per club need to order to qualify.

3. Area Contests: Area Governor of which his/her area pre-ordered most license plates will receive an award.

4. Division Contests: Division Governor of which his/her division pre-ordered most license plates will receive a special award from the District.
