QM=QC Winter Incentive Contest

Fellow Toastmasters we just ended a successful round of incentive contests, and prizes were given out to the winners at the just concluded Fall Conference. I commend all the clubs that participated, and congratulate again, the winners of the various contests. The results we received show 2 things;
Clubs have the resources to grow their membership
We love the challenge and fun that comes with a contest.

With these in mind, we are kicking off our “QM=QC Winter Incentive Contests.”

Membership Recruitment Contest:

The top 3 clubs recruiting the most members between October 18th and January 7th will be recognized at the Winter TLI.

Most Creative Meeting Theme Contest:

Write a brief report on your meeting themes, and include photos if possible. 3 clubs will be recognized and awarded a prize at the Winter TLI. The meetings have to be held between October 18th and January 7th

QM=QC “Revive Former Member” Contest:

One characteristic of a Quality Club is that its members stay, and former members come back when they see the transformation. Here’s a tough one; we’d like to see how many former members can be enticed back to join your club because of the club transformation. Clubs reinstating the most former members will be recognized at the Winter TLI. Here’ what you need to do; call or send an email to former members who left the club between 6 months to 5 years back. Invite them to a meeting and let them know you’d like to have them back as a member. If they join, that will be a sign that your club has improved from when they left.
Send in the names and email addresses of the all the former members you sign back on. You have between October 1st 2009 and January 13th 2010.

QM=QC Legacy Award:

A special plaque will be presented to any club that qualifies (1st to 3rd) in all 3 contests.

DEADLINE: Please submit all results by the 13th of January
